How you reserve a Michigan trip with a travel agent here

To reserve a Michigan trip with a travel agent at our office takes five steps, and you decide at only one of them. Nothing is held, and nothing is owed, until you say yes in writing.

Five steps, in order

  1. You send a request

Use the form at any hour, or call during phone hours. Tell us the month, the stay or the kind of place, and how many nights. Sending it costs nothing and reserves nothing.

  2. We ask the lodging

We ask the lodging whether it can fit you in on those nights, and at what nightly price, including any nightly fee it charges every guest.

  3. One quote reaches you

The quote names the lodging, the room, the nights, the total with fees inside, the taxes the lodging will add and its own cancellation terms. It arrives within four phone hours of your request.

  4. Your answer, in writing

Reply yes in writing, ask us to change it, or decline. After a yes we ask the lodging to reserve the room in your name. The lodging may then ask you directly for a card to hold it.

  5. You drive north and check in

You check in at the lodging's own desk and pay the lodging there. After you leave, the lodging pays the office its commission.

Changes before you leave

If your dates move, write or call and we ask the lodging for new nights under the same quote rules. If you want to let the stay go, the cancellation page explains whose terms apply.

Where your details go

We pass your name, dates and contact details to the one lodging named in your quote, and to nobody else. The privacy policy says how long the request is kept.
