Privacy policy for requests you send to reserve a stay
This policy explains what our office collects through this website and what it does with it. Last updated October 31, 2026.
Ten fields, nothing more
The month, the side of the bridge, the stay, nights, adults, your name, email, phone if you give it, the box about changing dates and your message. Nothing else is asked for, and please do not send card numbers or identity documents.
Delivery of the form to our inbox
The form is delivered to our inbox by an outside form-delivery service, which receives the contents to pass them on and may show a short check that you are a person. The web host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security.
The office and one lodging
The office, and the one lodging named in your quote, so that it can hold a room for you. Your details are never sold and never shared for marketing.
Eighteen quiet months, and it is erased
Requests and quotes are kept for 18 months after the last message about them, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If that ever changes, this page will change first.
Children
The site is meant for adults planning a stay. We do not knowingly collect details from children under 13.
Your request, shown, fixed or wiped
Write to records@thegratefultraveler.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within four phone hours and act on it within 30 days.
A future tool from another company
If a trip search tool from another company is added later, that company's own policy will cover the details you give its tool, and this page will name it before it goes live.
